Deliveries to the UK are sent using either First Class, First Class Signed, Tracked 48 or Special Delivery. Deliveries to the rest of the world are sent using Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed or courier. We endeavour to send out orders within 48 hours of being placed although during busy times this may take longer. You will receive an email stating that your order is complete when we have posted it, and also tracking information if outside UK. If a customer note is added with delivery instructions to leave in a safe place the customer is accepting responsibility for the delivery.

Many countries are currently experiencing shipping and customs delays due to increased demand and other operational reasons. We are sorry if these delays mean your order does not reach you in a timely manner but this is beyond our control.
UK orders – 1-2 working days from dispatch
EU – 5-10 working days from dispatch
Rest of World – 10-15 working days from dispatch
If you have not received your order within these time frames please contact us (please bear in mind that deliveries to some countries can take longer than the times indicated above and these are provided as a guide).

Delivery Contents – mistakes and shortages
You should check your delivery on arrival. Any mistakes in your order or shortages should be notified to us within one week of receipt. Failure to do this may result in it not being possible to rectify any issues.
Customs and Taxes on sales outside the UK
EU orders of Euros 150 or less
EU orders of Euros 150 or less will have European VAT added at checkout. This will be declared when the order is shipped and an IOSS number provided. The customer should not have to pay VAT on receiving the goods.
All other items shipped outside the UK
Other items shipped outside the UK are sold exclusive of VAT. Import duties, VAT, sales taxes and other charges may be imposed by your local customs authorities/delivery company when the shipment reaches your country and you are responsible for these. Please check your local customs authorities for the relevant rates.
Please note: It is a legal requirement that we declare the full value of the goods on all packages being sent outside of the UK, and shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. It is a criminal offence to falsify the details on this form. We cannot inaccurately describe the contents, claim a lower value or mark as a gift. Please do not ask, or expect us to do any of the above. For details of Customs charges please consult your own Customs authorities for the latest rates.
If any item you have ordered is not suitable then please contact email@example.com so that we can start the returns process and complete the form here. Goods can be returned for a refund (less any postage costs and taxes/charges imposed on us on re-entry of the goods into the UK) or exchange (shipping will be charged) within 30 days of receipt provided they have not been used and are returned in a saleable condition. You are responsible for the costs of returning the item and we recommend you use a tracked service to return it.
If you have received the wrong item then please return it to us within 7 days of receipt and we will provide a refund or replacement.
If your item is faulty please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with details of the fault and we will let you know how to proceed.
Returns on trade orders will be subject to a re-stocking fee.

Your Drag2Zero branded items are guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects for a period of 12 months from purchase from us or an authorised seller. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Our guarantee covers the repair or replacement (at our discretion) of your product. We will endeavour to do this as quickly as possible. For the guarantee to be honoured you will need to inform us within 7 days of the manufacturing defect becoming apparent and provide proof of your purchase. We may then request you to return the item to us.
What is not covered by our guarantee:
- Normal wear and tear;
- Accidental damage;
- Damage from external sources;
- Faults caused by faulty assembly or installation, negligent use/misuse or neglect.
In the event of a guarantee claim please email us at email@example.com detailing when and where you purchased the item and what the fault is. We will respond as soon as possible with information about what to do next.
